Situated in Cussac-Fort-Médoc, Chateau de Lauga lies in the heart of the Haut-Médoc, positioned less than a mile from the Gironde River between the prestigious communes of Margaux and Saint-Julien. The Brun family has stewarded this estate for over seven generations, tending to vines with an average age of 30 years planted in classic gravel, limestone, and clay soils. In 2015, the family expanded their heritage by acquiring Chateau La Fleur Lauga, a 1-hectare "jewel" vineyard in Saint-Julien located near iconic neighbors like Chateau Beychevelle and Ducru-Beaucaillou. Both estates are farmed organically, producing wines that reflect the depth and character of their historic terroir.
