Château de Millet is a Bas Armagnac producer located in Eauze, Gers, France, in the heart of the Armagnac region. The estate, owned by Francis and Lydie Dèche and their daughter Laurence, has a long history of producing Armagnac, with the family working the land for five generations. They also produce Côtes de Gascogne wines on a portion of their 80-hectare vineyard.
