With 15 generations of winemaking since 1614, Jean-Baptiste Adam is one of Alsace’s oldest family estates. Now under the leadership of Jean-Baptiste and his daughter Laure, the domaine produces refined, mineral-driven wines from vineyards farmed organically and biodynamically since 2003.
