La Momoterie is the personal project of Timothée Place, a trained sommelier who transitioned to winemaking in 2019. Based in the Valais region of Switzerland, he cultivates approximately 1.1 hectares of vineyards spread across Savièse, Ayent, and Vétroz. Emphasizing natural and manual practices, Timothée employs minimal intervention in both vineyard and cellar. His wines are produced without additives, fining, or filtration, and no sulfites are added. Each parcel is vinified separately to highlight its unique terroir, resulting in expressive and authentic wines.The Grape Reset+3
