The Lucy M wines are made on the Lucy Margaux Farm in Basket Range, South Australia by Anton Van Klopper and friends. The wines change every year but one thing is constant: No additions, no subtractions, just grapes. The estate practices organic and biodynamic viticulture without formal certification, emphasizing biodiversity and minimal intervention. In the cellar, wines are produced without additives, fining, filtration, or sulfur, aiming to express the purest form of the grapes and terroir.
