Dido and Jurriaan Morsink are a Dutch winemaking couple based in the Alt-Empordà of Cataluña, where they farm an 11-hectare self-sufficient estate (9.5 ha under vine) in the Albera natural reserve on schist and slate soils up to 150 meters elevation. Working organically with a strong biodynamic focus, they produce roughly 13,000 bottles annually in a Mediterranean climate, growing Garnacha, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Tannat, and Barbera. After global winemaking experience—most influentially with Joan Ramon Escoda—they embraced natural wine principles, prioritizing meticulous vineyard work and additive-free cellar practices. The 2018 vintage marked their first from estate fruit, centered on vineyard restoration, biodynamic conversion, and new grafting, and also introduced their lineup of wines named after beloved songs and albums, including JUICY, Hunky Dory, Hurdy Gurdy, Mojo Pin, Sugar Magnolia, and Magic Potion.
